Erica Cuneen, owner and managing broker of Beyond Properties Realty requested a promotional video to use not only on her website, but to also run before the movie trailers at the Lake Theater in Oak Park, Illinois.
Goals of the project were to:
- Produce a video for both web and cinema use, 30 frames/second for web, 24 frames/second for cinema
- Integrate existing property photos into video
- Give potential customers an introduction to Beyond Properties in 30 seconds
